Award winning radio producer and director Francesca Panetta asked me to sound design and mix three very special radio features for the BBC World Service in the run up to the London 2012 Olympic Games:
"As this historic and influential city readies itself to host the Olympic Games, The London Chronicles by Francesca Panetta takes you on an audio journey through the life of the city to find its many voices and sounds. These three documentaries about London reflect the themes of memory, love and money. The series asks questions such as 'Can a city retain a memory, and if so what does it sound like?', 'Is this vast capital a source of romance or bewildering isolation?' and 'Is London still a place of opportunity or is money a city's spiritual downfall?'.
